At Prime Years Companion Agency, we offer clear monthly companionship packages with fixed pricing, so families always know exactly what is included. Our service is completely non-medical and focused on companionship, meaningful time together, outings, hobbies, emotional support, and everyday reassurance.
All packages include a set number of hours per month. Within those hours, your loved one chooses how they would like to spend their time — whether that is conversation, shopping, local outings, hobbies, appointments, or simply having someone there.
Peace of Mind

Overnight Companion Stay
Our overnight companionship service provides reassurance and a calm companion presence through the night. This service is non-medical and does not include personal care. It is ideal for families who want peace of mind overnight, support during periods of anxiety, or cover when family members are away.

All packages include a fixed number of hours per month, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Within those included hours, your loved one is free to choose how they spend their time with their companion.
If more support is needed in any month, extra hours can be added at £25 per hour. If a client regularly needs more time, we can recommend moving to the next package for better value and consistency.

Yes. Overnight companionship is available from 9.00pm to 7.00am (or as arranged) at £25 per hour, totalling £250 per overnight stay.
No. Prime Years Companion Agency provides non-medical companionship only. We do not provide personal care or medical care.
